I am here to hold space for you, so you can connect to your divine aspects. Through this connection we facilitate energetic flow and guidance, helping you shift onto the next level of your healing journey.
During my Herbal Medicine sessions I am combining classic Herbal Medicine with Spiritual Herbalism and Energy Healing. This way we can learn about the different aspects of plant medicines, allowing us to step into a co-creative healing partnership with them.
This is how our session will run:
Embracing the person at the centre of the all
In my intuitive 1:1 sessions the person is always at the centre of the healing process, no matter which kind of dis-eases she/he comes with.
It is truly a naturopathic approach - focusing on the person rather than on the disease - allowing the healing process to start organically and naturally at the place it has originally started.​
Once a person is no longer a frequency match to the dis-ease, it can no longer exist in the body.
Alchemizing your old into gold
Our body is a brilliant alchemizer! As we're discovering the aspects that require healing we will employ tools to alchemize negative emotions, programming and conditioning into pure light.
The intention is to resolve narratives of dis-empowerment to make you feel lighter and happier. This will enable you to invite healing into your field and embody more light moving forward.
You and your higher aspects are leading the way
You are truly your own healer. No one knows all of your aspects better than you do. You are your own specialist (in the field of YOU).
My intention for you is to be able to connect to your guidance and to all your different aspects effortlessly (mind, body consciousness etc).
These things take time and are part of the journey. I will help to facilitate your "connecting in" with the intention that you will be able to do this by yourself when you feel ready.
A spiritual way of life

Energy work and divine connection exercises are like muscles - they have to be trained. If you are able to make this a regular practice then it will come to you more easily. All your aspects will come online and the universe will respond in incredible ways. You will be alchemizing, shifting, creating and co-creating on a daily basis!​
